Three building blocks are available, which are developed together with you and tailored to meet your specific needs. In order to unlock the right potential in operational marketing and thus increase performance, a project usually begins with an analysis based on the three dimensions of the m.pulse Performance Framework.

The first step is a structured analysis to provide a clear picture of the course of action required to increase performance in operational marketing.

It identifies specific problem areas from which solutions can be devised.

Depending on the results of the analysis, useful consulting projects or coaching topics can be identified, which can be tackled together in the next step.

The consulting focus is on topics that have a direct influence on operational marketing performance and is therefore implementation and action-oriented. The significant aspects here are focus, simplification, structure and processes.

Topics are usually defined using a previous analysis of the current performance of the key issues of agile marketing, digital marketing and purpose marketing.
